You need:
1 Dozen Fresh Smoky Bay Oysters (opened)
100 grams diced bacon
3 Tbspns Tomato sauce
3 Tbspns Worcestershire sauce
A couple of Spring Onions
Finely Grated Cheese

Method:
Set the Oysters on a bed of coarse salt, or an oven tray lined with foil
Delicious Smoky Bay Oysters
Half cook the Oysters in the grill
Sprinkle bacon over the oysters and put back under grill until bacon cooked
Blend the worcestershire, tomato sauce and some finely chopped Spring Onions to create 'Kilpatrick' sauce
Top the oysters with a small amount of this sauce
Place back in grill for 3 to 5 minutes
Sprinkle with grated cheese and put back under grill for 30 seconds
